Dave is a retired chef who worked in various aspects of the hospitality industry from restaurant management, to catering large events. His party platters made the news! He is creative well beyond the kitchen as he is also an artist who carves, paints, repairs and restores furniture.
David is no longer cooking for groups but he is full of wise advice for those who need guidance on how much food to prepare and how to display it. He can guide party planners on making a space look more inviting.
He can help if you can answer some questions such as:

Dave & Patty will consult with you to gather information. Then they may visit the site or do a virtual tour. Finally, you will receive a written plan to follow to guide you through the process.

Dave & Patty met as young artists. Patty had a career as a draftsman before going into accounting. David was a chef who made beautiful and tasty creations. He also paints and carves. He even built a boat.
Planning for a successful event
Do you want to cater a party but the task seems a bit overwhelming?
We can help you make decisions about location, layout and even estimate how much food you may need. Dave is retired from professional culinary work, but he has years of expertise to share.
This service may take 3 or more sessions:
First the initial interview,
next a site visit and
finally a written plan or check list.

Patty & Dave work together...
Patty is also a creative person who likes to crochet and bake. As a former Personal Assistant, she is great at organizing parties from the administrative side. They often work together with Patty providing the paperwork portion of the plan.
