TEACHING YOUNGER BEGINNER STUDENTS (ages 8-11) will be considered on a case by case situation. It requires a committment from the parents to do a daily followup. The sessions will be 30 minutes, but cost the same as shown on the family plan since extra outside planning is including in pricing.

Bible Study offering: Would you like to read the Bible in English with an American Christian couple?
We are looking for a couple or a small group for a home Bible study. Contact us if interested.
KEYS TO CONSIDER BEFORE REGISTERING:
4 sessions are required to start, but you may register for more. They go generally as follows:
1st session: get acquainted, listen to the USA accent, set goals.
2nd session: get into conversation and start the planned course of study or interest.
3rd session: there may be homework including writing, grammar & vocabulary.
4th session: provide your feedback and how you want to get to the next level of learning. Advanced students may begin reading a classic novel or biography?
Conversational or Technical (business-related)?
Conversational English does not require a structured lesson plan. However, if you don't have a preferred topic, we may use a curriculum called Fluentize. This material has a short video and exercises to help with understanding reading, pronunciation and grammar. It is graded to different skill levels.
Technical or Business English is for business clients or college students who need to learn terminology specific to their profession. This requires extra planning on our part so the rate is a little higher. Fluentize advanced or other reading assignments will be used. If you are a student we can work on your homework together or help you with sample English exams you may provide.
Set an goal: What would you like to accomplish?
Pick a topic: What are you interested in learning about? Do you need help with higher education? Bring your text books. (this is for technical/business clients) If not, we may make a suggestion, but it helps to know your areas of interest. Or ask for our Fluentize curriculum to have planned lessons.
Online or In-Person: Do you want to come for a visit or is zoom preferable? If you come to our home office, you get 2 USA Americans for the price of one. David will often join the conversation. He make offer some cooking tips or art advice as well.

One last comment: We too are students. We are beginning learners of Hungarian and because of that we can empathize with the challenges you may be facing as you study.
HOURS of operation are 900-1700 (9-5) weekdays CET or Central Europe Time. If you need nights/weekends, then we suggest an online school where the tutors are possibly in a different time zone.
